Data processing agreement

A separate signed data processing agreement is not published with these documents. The processing terms that apply today are in the Terms of Service.

Registry, membership, and related data entered into Origin ("Customer Data") is owned by the applicable breed association or its authorized licensors. The society grants Bellwether Labs a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and backup Customer Data solely to provide and improve the service.

Members should expect that information submitted to a society registry may be visible to authorized administrators and, depending on society settings, to other members.

Service providers that process Customer Data are listed in Subprocessors. They may access information only as needed to perform services on Bellwether Labs' behalf.
