Download a form

Open Forms under Flock Management. The page says the documents are provided by the society.

Each section shows its name and description. Select a document button to download that file. A section with nothing uploaded says No documents available for this form yet. An empty page says No forms available yet. If a file cannot be opened, the page says Unable to open document.

Staff upload these files under Settings, then Forms.
