Open the Learning Center

Open Learning Center at the bottom of the member portal.

The categories are Getting started, Guides & documentation, and Video tutorials. A category with nothing published says No resources in this category yet.

Open an item to read an article, watch a video, or download a file. Back to and the category name returns to that list. A file that cannot be opened says Unable to open file.

Only published items appear here. Staff publish them under Settings, then Learning Center.
