Register an animal
Submit animals you own so the society can approve them.
Last updated 1 day ago
Open My Animals under Flock Management. The label follows your society’s animal name, such as My Sheep. Select Add animal. The page title is Register new animal.
Add animal stays locked until you have an active Origin Member Portal subscription, or until the farm’s primary owner does. If your account is on hold, the button stays locked until the society removes the hold.
Enter the animals
You are the owner and the breeder. If your farm has more than one member, you can choose which farm member is the owner and which is the breeder.
Each row needs a Name, Sex, and Date of birth. Use Add row for another animal, or the menu beside it for Add 5 rows or Add co-owned.
Birth notify sends the row as a birth notification for the society to review, instead of a full registration.
Select Continue. The page confirms Saved to queue. Open drafts are listed from the drafts menu. An empty list says No open drafts.
Submit for approval
Review the batch, then select Submit records. The dialog is Submitting for processing. Keep the page open.
The page confirms how many animals were submitted for approval. The society reviews them under To Process. The registration fee is charged when the society approves the animal, not when you submit it.
You can register again from My Animals.
