Download a certificate

A certificate is available after the society issues it. Until then, My Animals has no certificate button.

From My Animals

1. Open My Animals.
2. Find the animal.
3. Select View Certificate.

The certificate PDF opens in a new tab. View Certificate appears when you own the animal, or when it belongs to someone on your farm, and the society has issued a certificate.

If no certificate is ready, the page shows No issued certificate is available yet.

From the certificate email

When the society issues a certificate, the email links to the certificate page. That page shows the PDF. Select Download to save it, or Print to print it. Back to animal returns to the record.

If more than one certificate has been issued, the page lists Issued certificates by date and shows Owner on certificate. Select a date to open that copy.

If none have been issued, the page says No issued certificates.

When a fee is required

If the society charges for a digital pedigree download and it has not been paid, the page title is Digital pedigree download. It shows the fee and asks you to complete payment to unlock the certificate.

Select Pay and the amount to download. After payment, the certificate page opens with Download and Print.

If the society has not turned on online payments, the page says Online payments are not enabled and asks you to contact the society to pay for the download.
