Open a member

Review a member’s profile, membership, and portal access.

Open People, then Members, and select the person. Back to Members returns to the roster.

The header shows the member’s name, flock name, and membership details. Message starts a message to that member.

Profile tabs

TabWhat it shows
ProfileContact details and the farm. Edit profile opens the profile dialog. View farm opens the farm when one is assigned.
MembershipMembership type and standing. Edit membership changes the type and related membership fields.
PortalPortal access for this member.
NotesNotes on the member. The tab shows how many there are.
PaymentsCharges and payment history.
ActivityThe history of changes on this member.

Member actions

The more menu is labeled Member actions.

Person Status sets the roster status:

  • Mark as Active
  • Mark as Inactive
  • Mark as Suspended

The current status is unavailable in that menu.

Change Flock Name / Prefix updates the flock name for the member’s farm. It stays unavailable until the member is on a farm. The same change on the farm page is Change Flock Name.

Portal access

When the member does not have a portal account yet, Invite to Member Portal is on the header. The more menu also includes Create portal account.

When an invitation is already waiting, Resend invitation sends it again.

If the portal is on hold, Remove hold is under Portal access in the more menu.
