Publish a learning item

Open Settings, then Learning Center. Changing these items requires Manage settings.

The page manages three categories: Getting started, Guides & documentation, and Video tutorials. Each category holds up to 50 items. Members only see published items.

Add learning item opens the dialog. Category is one of the three lists. Type is Article, Video, or File. Title and Description name the item. Type stays as it was after the item is created. The note says Type cannot be changed after creation.

An Article is written in the editor. The placeholder is Write the article… A blank article shows Article content is required.

A Video uses Video URL. Paste a YouTube or Vimeo link that starts with http:// or https://. A blank URL shows Video URL is required.

A File uses Choose file. PDF, Word, Excel, text, and PNG, JPG, or WebP images are accepted, up to 25 MB. A larger file shows Files must be 25 MB or smaller. Replace file swaps it. Clear removes a file that has not been uploaded yet.

Published makes the item visible in the portal. Leave it off to keep a Draft. Create item confirms Learning item created. Publishing at the same time confirms Learning item created and published.

Drag items to reorder them inside a category. The confirmation is Learning item order updated. Save changes on an existing item confirms Learning item updated. Removing an item confirms Learning item removed.

Members open published items from Learning Center in the portal.
